Lindy is a master instructor and currently in residence from her international travels. She is excited to be bringing a special dual workshop to the community!This 2.5 hr music filled workshop will be full of energy, creativity, sharing and learning. The first hour will be devoted to hoop skills. Whether a beginner or seasoned hooper needing inspiration, this workshop will fit right. With a little instruction and tricks of the trade, you may find hula hooping more achievable than you think. Many advanced hoop skills are born from beginner skills. For advanced hoopers, we’ll have techy skills, tackle some of the tricks where we get stuck and what to do when we feel unmotivated.
The second half of the workshop will be devoted to a hoop making opportunity and open flow time. After identifying the perfect hoop size for your style and flow, let’s make a hoop together! Price of the workshop will include the supplies for making one custom hoop- Polypro tubing, connectors and tapes will be options to customize your own hoop!
