Ho'oponopono: Restoring Balance from the Inside Out A Hawaiian Healing Practice of Compassion/Renew

For thirteen years, Hawai'i was my home. During that time, I had the privilege of studying Huna and Ho'oponopono not simply as concepts, but as a way of living. Those teachings continue to shape both my personal life and the work I share with others today.

Drawing from the teachings I received while living and studying in Hawai'i, this class introduces Ho'oponopono as a gentle yet powerful healing practice that guides us back to our own inner wisdom, compassion, gratitude, and connection with the Divine. Traditionally, Ho'oponopono was a sacred Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and restoration. Today, its timeless principles continue to offer a meaningful path toward greater peace, emotional freedom, and healing from the inside out.
