Ages 13 and up. The Aerial Hoop, sometimes called Lyra, is a large metal hoop that is hung on a swivel and suspended from either one or two hang points. In this class students will discover how to move on, underneath, and above the hoop. This beautiful apparatus will challenge and delight students as they learn to move confidently through space with the hoop as their partner. Come prepared to work hard and have fun! No prerequisites.
