CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS:
We need volunteers! All are welcome from our community to participate in this event - we can't do it witout help. Parents, grandparents, friends, older siblings, and neighbors, we'd love your help running the art stations etc. Set up & teardown spots - please sign up for this if you're comfortable moving and lifting things. And, if you would like to work longer than a 1 hour window, sign up for multiple spots!
CALL TO ARTISTS:
If you'd like to make and sell your art at Hoodstock, sign up to reserve your spot and bring EVERYTHING you need to make & sell at the event.

If you're selling art, please plan on making live art for a portion of the event.
Artists will be set up in an elevated grassy area near the live music so it should be a fun time!
Please limit your art sale set-up to one folding table or equivalent. Feel free to bring an easel as well.
Our goal is to keep things more cozy & compact on the day of the event so we can keep as many artists near the music if they'd like to be. If you have a pop up tent or a larger set up, you can set up a little farther back from the stage.
First come first serve for where you set up - we'll have designated areas within the event for art.
