Hood to Coast Official Shakeout Run

Join us at Foot Traffic 23rd as we prepare all you Hood to Coast and Portland to Coast participants with an easy shakeout run two days before you embark on your coastal adventure. Foot Traffic is proud to host anyone who is running, walking, rolling, volunteering, just rooting on friends or even sleeping in that weekend, during the Mother of all Relays.

Show up between 5:30 and 6pm. We'll step off from Foot Traffic on 814 NW 23rd Ave at 6:15pm.
