Set in the serene space of Tara Yoga Centre, this mini retreat offers the space to slow down, reconnect, and tend to your inner fire with compassion.
Whether you’re feeling out of balance or simply seeking a reset after the silly season, you’ll leave feeling calm, grounded, and ready to embrace the joy of summer.

About Gyani:
With nearly 20 years of experience, Gyani is a dedicated yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and Ayurveda lifestyle advisor. Her journey has taken her across the world, immersing herself in the yogic way of life in ashrams and retreats—including three transformative years living in an Indian ashram. Gyani’s teachings offer a holistic blend of yoga, pranayama, and meditation, designed to cultivate deeper awareness of the body and mind. She encourages slowing down, nourishing the nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself through practices that promote relaxation, balance, and inner harmony.
DATE: Saturday 24th January 2pm – 5.30pm. Please arrive at 1.45pm to settle and for a prompt start at 2pm.
VENUE: Tara Yoga Centre, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury.
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $95 if booked before 24th December. Full price $110 or $105 concession.
BOOKING: Book online via Trybooking to secure your spot. No casual spots. Places are limited to 12.
REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds or transfers but if you are unable to attend the mini retreat then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you prefer, all props will be provided. Wear warm comfortable clothing suitable for stretching. Also bring a water bottle.
