Honour and Celebrate the Legacy of Black History with WellFort CHS!!

In honour of Black History Month, we are excited to share an eventful afternoon with our community members showcasing black talent and excellence. To promote health & wellness, onsite direct health services will be provided such as diabetes blood testing, foot screening, blood pressure screening & counselling by health experts.

We have a fun-filled schedule, from dance performances to socacize, afrocentric children's activities, caricature artist and much more!

Keynote Speaker, Andrew Daye will engage in an empowering discussion on Black Health including physical & mental health and wellness. His interactive speech will focus on Black Health, grounded in community health, equity, and systems change to better serve our diverse Black communities.
