Honoring Transformation; Heart Opening Yin Yoga & Tea Circle with Alicia

This community gathering is a safe space to open our hearts to create softness and stillness within. As we move into our last winter's breath, this journey is created to honor our inner transition with intention, reflection and creation as we move into our inner spring bloom.

Just as winter invites the earth into stillness, rest, and deep reflection, it also calls us inward to nurture our inner world, shedding parts of ourselves within the winter darkness. As spring emerges, the earth awakens with new life, mirroring our own renewal—an invitation to step forward with intention, planting the seeds of awareness, prosperity and transformation. By aligning with these natural cycles, we honor moving in harmony with the ever-changing rhythms of life within.

The gentle yin yoga and the tea cirle meditation, is created for to cultiavte deep souful rest, through nourishing heart opening movements and mindful breaths, we will create space to listen inward to the wisdom of our hearts, release tension in the body, and prepare ourselves for our quiet inner awakening.

This is a practice of being, of simply being in presence. Of tuning into the wisdom of our hearts, allowing it to guide us into the creation of our new path forward.

No experience is needed—just an open heart and a yoga mat.
