Honoring the Shadow: Sound bath & Meditation Shadow work is a powerful practice that involves exploring the hidden aspects of ourselves—the parts we often keep in the shadows. Your shadow is not something to get rid of; it’s an integral part of you. Honoring your shadow allows you to integrate all aspects of yourself and move toward wholeness.
During this sound bath and meditation experience, we’ll embrace the shadow as a friend - a doorway to deeper self-knowledge - that can lead to growth and healing.

About the Facilitators:
Tosha Andres is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with additional certifications in Yoga, Sound Therapy, and Meditation. She knew early on in life that helping people feel better was her calling. Working in the medical field for over 10 years has provided her the opportunity to better understand the inner workings of the body while also opening her eyes to the need for preventative medicine. After having some experiences with her own health, she discovered holistic health along with it's healing potential. Today, she enjoys serving both patients and clients alike in a multitude of settings.
Kelsey Elledge is a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, sound healing facilitator and certified kundalini yoga instructor. She helps remind others of their own light by sharing practical tools, techniques and resources for self-empowerment. Her services include a mix of energy healing techniques, kundalini kriyas as a prescriptive form of yoga, sound vibrational therapy to help folks find equilibrium in the energy body, restore balance and consciously navigate toward a life of ease.
