Wellbriety is a way of life that is sober & well, healthy and balanced, emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is a 12 Step program in the Native American Way where the Steps are in a Circle around the Medicine Wheel rather than in a linear way.All are welcome, man or woman, red, yellow, black, or white. You decide if you are a member. Many different afflictions, misuse, and abuse are welcome - All recovery welcome! Spirituality is defined by the person.
