We had a lot of interest in bringing back the Team HonorBound Throwdown so with the numerous request we have decided to do just that!Oct 12th ( Please note our Pink Out Workout, will be Oct 19th) we will be having the Team HonorBound Throwdown Event/ Workout beginning at 8am. This will be a 70 minute workout with teams of 4! There will be no swag at this one but instead it will follow with a Beer/Wing Social.
Find your team and take on the Team Throwdown challenge. Please be signed up by Oct 7th so our wing order can be placed
