Honor your Domain: Boundaries, Choices, and Personal Power

Honor your domain; boundaries, choices, and personal power
Your domain is the space that belongs to you—your energy, your time, your thoughts, your emotions, and your choices. Yet many of us give away pieces of that domain without realizing it, saying yes when we mean no, carrying responsibilities that aren't ours, or allowing others to define our limits.
In this interactive workshop, Ian will guide a discussion on personal boundaries, self-responsibility, and conscious choice, exploring how to communicate your needs and create healthy boundaries that support your growth.
Hope will then lead a guided imagery experience to help you connect with your inner authority, strengthen self-trust, and cultivate a deeper sense of personal power.
This workshop is an opportunity to reflect, gain practical tools, and leave with a clearer understanding of what belongs within your domain—and what does not.
Ian Mychal is the founder of Helping The Heard, an organization dedicated to strengthening relationships and communities through practical communication education.
Through Helping The Heard, Ian has developed educational programs and tools that translate complex interpersonal concepts into practical skills participants can immediately apply in their daily lives.
Hope Chovan is the founder of Conscious Connections, where healing comes from within. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Hope helps individuals access their inner power, reconnect with themselves, and create lasting change from within.
