Marit & Elizabeth warmly invite you to evoke your playful, embodied, liberated, sensual, essence at our self-love Mother's Day Ceremony & Celebration!  You will be treated like the Queen you are - from the copal cleansing you will receive upon entry, to the fresh rose meditation to connect your mind to your heart, preparing you to receive sacred, ceremonial cacao to activate your heart, and open you to embrace the healing journey ahead.
Elizabeth will guide your movement journey, inviting you to connect deeply with your body and heart to feel your way to more openness, playfulness, joy, & pleasure.  As you practice feeling these qualities in your body, you make them real in your life.  Elizabeth uses specific music, channeled inspiration, & mindful mobility movements to assist you in liberating yourself from bondage, to love and appreciate yourself more fully, and feel your empowered Queen energy.  This movement practice is profoundly transformational & unique - a deeply healing and meditative practice not offered anywhere else.  
Marit will lead the sacred cacao ceremony to gently and lovingly guide you to your heart space to open the practice. Her closing meditation will guide you to a deeper connection to your own heart, freeing you from limitations of the mind.
