We will be on the second deck on the north side of the terminal. Currently, we have 4 groups we will be coordinating to greet 82 vets as they come back from DC.
You will have to park in the economy parking lot. When you come in the main boulevard (signs will be out) you will turn right at the light and then left at the end following a few signs to the lot which is on the right. There will be HR personnel at the gate and tell them you are a volunteer for homecoming, they need to sign your ticket so you don’t pay for parking. Shuttle buses are available. You should plan to be on the second deck at 6 pm. The event will last until 7:30.
