Come out to #blackrifle on Memorial Day and help us celebrate the official launch of Honor Bound FIT.
In honor of Travis Manion, we'll be running a modified "Manion WOD" consisting of the following:
7 rounds of:
- 400m sprint
- 29 sandbag squats
Donate $10 to be entered into the "Qualifier Raffle." Half of the proceeds will be given to the winner, and the other half will be donated to the Travis Manion Foundation.
