Hong Kong Kitchen

Be transported to the cafes of Hong Kong on this 5 hour course. We'll make classic dishes from scratch such as juicy prawn and pork wontons, bbq or 'char siu' pork and we'll finish the day with Cantonese sweet 'pineapple' buns or Bolo bao. Come hungry and leave happy!

Menu:

• Prawn and pork wonton
• Char siu pork
• Wok fried Asian greens
• Pineapple buns or 'bolo bao'

From the kitchen:

• Perfect white rice
• Hong Kong style sweet coffee or tea
• Asian chicken stock

Class Size: Maximum 20. There will be a blend of working individually and in pairs to ensure you get the most out of your course with us. Don't worry if you book alone, we'll make sure you have someone to share the workload with.
