About this Event

Introducing HONEYPOP 🍯 RALEIGH‘S NEWEST WOMEN-ONLY DANCE WORKOUT 🍒

A mix of agility strength and multi directional primal movement, class is focused on creating strength and stability through mobility, dance, twerking, and HIIT style bursts of movement. Each class involves a fun mix of dance styles including Afrocuban, belly, tribal, pole, and ballet.

No dance experience required. All levels of fitness welcome. Class is performed barefoot.
