Passionate honey expert, ecologist and regenerative gardener, Sarah Wyndham Lewis is a renowned Honey Sommelier, working with chefs, bartenders and artisan beekeepers all over the world. Speaking and writing widely, she regularly appears in the media as a commentor on honeybees and the environment. Co-founder of the multi-award-winning sustainable beekeeping practice, Bermondsey Street Bees, Sarah is deeply concerned not just with the lives of the honeybees, but also their wild cousins, the bumblebees, solitaries and stingless species which underpin biodiversity.

She is the author of two bestselling books, 'Planting for Honeybees' and ‘The Wild Bee Handbook’; both published by Quadrille.
