HONEST SHARING PRACTICEA space to practice mindfulness and experience human connection beyond performance.
Many of us have become intellectually aware of the importance of mindfulness and presence, yet we often struggle to bring that awareness into real-life practice and human connection.
Honest Sharing is a different kind of practice.
It is a facilitated relational space where participants are invited to:
• speak from direct experience rather than ideas or roles
• notice what is happening internally in the present moment
• listen without fixing or interrupting
• explore honesty with self and others in a grounded and consensual way
This is not group therapy, coaching, or debate.
There is no pressure to be vulnerable, emotional, or “deep.”
The practice is simple:
presence, honesty, listening, and being witnessed as you are.
During the session we will move through:
• mindful arrival & grounding
• introduction to the principles of Honest Sharing
• guided relational exercises
• facilitated sharing circle
• collective reflection & integration
Some of our shared agreements:
• confidentiality
• consent & permission to pass
• speaking from personal experience
• no advice-giving or rescuing
• respect for different emotional rhythms and boundaries
This space is for anyone longing for more authentic human connection ,
beyond networking, performance, productivity, or social masks.
