HOMIES & HOODRATS - A FREE COMMUNITY HYBRID TRAINING SESSION
About this Event
The last Friday of every month, we link up at Jaakarhu for Homies and Hoodrats - a free hybrid training session to anyone willing to put in the work. These workouts will be long and gritty (minimum 40 minutes). They can be done alone, paired up or teams of 3. Doors open at 5:30, workout starts at 6:00 sharp.
All levels of fitness welcome - the session scales to where you are, but the effort is yours to bring. No technical movements - just come and throw down with your homies.
Come by to throw down, cheer and meet people then kick it.
