🌟 Keynote Speaker: Officer Ann Carrizales
Ann is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, decorated law enforcement officer, and nationally recognized speaker on resilience and leadership. In 2013, she survived being shot in the face and chest during a traffic stop involving MS-13 gang members—yet she continued the pursuit, leading to their arrests. Ann is a recipient of the Congressional Badge of Bravery and now dedicates her time to training first responders and advocating for mental wellness in law enforcement.
🌟 2024 Person of the Year: Corporal Donald Graves
Corporal Graves is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and one of the last surviving heroes of the Battle of Iwo Jima. At just 18 years old, he fought in one of the most intense battles of World War II, witnessing the historic flag-raising on Mount Suribachi. His story of courage, sacrifice, and resilience continues to inspire generations.
