About this Event

Fall is the perfect time to order stock and starting getting a site ready for fruit trees. This course offers a comprehensive introduction to site selection, soil health, variety selection, tree management, and post harvest handling of temperate zone tree fruits. This fruits include apples, peaches, figs, cherries, pears and more. Participants will go home with the knowledge and confedence to plant and care for a home orchard.
