Looking for a fun and educational way to bring history to life? Join us at Fort Hawkins for our Homeschool Explorer Program, where learning goes beyond the textbook!
On the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month (except the 3rd Thursday in October), students will experience hands-on activities that explore Georgia's early history, archaeology, Native American culture, and frontier life.
Each program features rotating activities such as:
Frontier games
Archaeology investigations
Native American crafts
Historic skills and demonstrations
Nature and history exploration
And much more!
