THE ULTIMATE END-OF-SUMMER, BACK TO SCHOOL HANGOUT!
Round up your homeschool crew and get ready for an awesome night at the Wayback Barn! Before the new school year kicks into high gear, we’re hosting the ultimate homeschool hangout. This isn't a formal dance or an overly structured event—just a laid-back evening to catch up with friends, make new ones, and challenge each other to some epic outdoor games.
Come as you are, bring your favorite people, and let’s send summer off right!
WHAT’S HAPPENING:
* Cool Off: Water balloon tosses, water gun battles
* High-Energy Games: Gaga ball, volleyball, 9-Square, and more.
* Contests: Hula-hoop, jump rope
* Classic Fun: Mini-golf, cornhole, horseshoes, foosball, and ping-pong.
* Photo Spots: A great backdrop to capture some memories.
* ...and plenty of space just to sit back, listen to music, and socialize!
WHAT TO WEAR:
Keep it totally casual and comfortable (you might get wet)! Think t-shirts, shorts, and sneakers. You’ll be moving around and playing water games, so dress for outdoor summer fun.
FOOD & TREATS:
No need to eat before you get here. The Hayloft Bar & Griddle will be open and serving up your favorites:
* Our famous pizza grilled cheese & fried chicken bites
* Hot dogs, corn dogs, and Texas charcuterie boards
* Old-fashioned sodas & ice cream
* Water station will be available for hydration
THE IMPORTANT DETAILS:
* Who Can Attend: This event is for middle and high school students (ages 11+).
* Parents & Drop-Off: Parents, this is a drop-off event! To keep the vibe relaxed and give the kids the freedom to hang out with their peers, we ask that adults drop off their teens.
* Chaperones: In addition to Wayback Barn staff, approved adult chaperones will be stationed throughout.
* Want to help out? If you’d like to be an official chaperone, please email [email protected] to get approved. Chaperones get in free but must be vetted and assigned a station in advance.
* Refund Policy: Please note: All ticket sales are final.
