Homes, Hearts & Hammers Dinner 2026
At River City Habitat for Humanity, we work alongside individuals and families on their journey to affordable homeownership. Each future homeowner contributes hundreds of hours helping to build their own home and the homes of their neighbors, gaining valuable skills along the way. Once complete, they purchase their home with an affordable mortgage, with payments kept to less than 30% of their income.
Since 1992, we have built or renovated more than 139 safe, decent homes in partnership with people in our community, creating opportunities for stability, independence, and a brighter future for generations to come.
Together, we are building a more affordable Jefferson City!
Our sold-out 2025 Homes, Hearts & Hammers event brought together business and community leaders, elected officials, philanthropists and members of the media to support the vital work of River City Habitat for Humanity and raise funds to address the affordable housing crisis in the Cole County area.
The evening's festivities will include a cocktail reception, great food and conversations, inspiring stories, an exciting live auction and more!
