🎒 Homeroom on the Harbor : Back to School Bash + Stuff the Bus Supply Drive!
The school year is almost here... and we're celebrating the only way we know how. Right here on the Destin Harbor. 🌊
Join us Saturday, August 8 from 4–7PM at HarborWalk Village for Homeroom on the Harbor, a FREE back to school celebration packed with activities, fun, and community for the whole family.
This is more than just a party. This is our way of giving back to the community that makes HarborWalk Village what it is, and helping local students start the school year with everything they need to succeed. 🫶
HERE'S WHAT'S HAPPENING:
🎉 Bounce house
🎨 Face painting
🎶 DJ dance party on the lawn
💦 Foam party
✏️ Crafts and games
🎁 Free back to school goodie bags for the first 50 kids, come early!
🎒 School supply drive benefiting the Okaloosa County School District Stuff the Bus campaign
🅿️ FREE parking from 2PM, no code, no scanning, no fees. Just show up!
STUFF THE BUS SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE:
HarborWalk Village is proud to be an official drop-off location for the Okaloosa County School District's Stuff the Bus school supply drive. In 2024, this campaign collected over $14,000 worth of supplies impacting 37 schools across Okaloosa County. This year we want to do even more... and we need your help.
Most needed items:
📝 No. 2 pencils, mechanical pencils & colored pencils
🖍️ Crayons, washable markers & dry erase markers
📓 Notebooks, composition notebooks & binders
📁 Folders & backpacks
✂️ Scissors, glue sticks & cap erasers
DROP OFF LOCATIONS:
Now through August 7 | Mon–Fri 9AM–4PM
Marketing Office - 2nd level of HarborWalk Village, across from the bridge to Nonna's Ristorante
Outside those hours (evenings + weekends) through August 7
Emerald Grande lobby - box next to the Bellman desk, available 24/7
On August 8 | Day of the event
Collection box will be located by the main stage at Homeroom on the Harbor
FREE PARKING:
Parking is on us. Arrive at 2PM or after on August 8 and parking is automatically FREE for the rest of the day. No code. No scanning. No fees. We want this to be as easy as possible for every Destin family to attend. Just show up and enjoy. 🫶🚗🅿️
