Anyone interested in applying for the homeownership program to be considered for the new duplex must attend a homeownership orientation meeting. During the meeting, Kathia Wan, Housing Program Manager, will go over the requirements of the program, the steps to apply, and answer questions from potential homebuyers.
After the meeting, qualifying homebuyers will receive a link to the homeownership application.
Meetings will take place in English at the following times:
Tuesday August 19th at 12 PM
Tuesday August 26th at 12 PM
More meetings will be scheduled in the future.
The meetings will be held at the Upper Valley MEND office conference room. MEND’s office is in the top floor of the Wenatchee River Institute Building, 347 Division St. in Leavenworth.
