To begin the class, you'll mash potatoes and combine them with flour, salt and egg to make a fresh gnocchi dough. Then, learn the technique to knead, cut and shape the pasta into pillowy perfection. You'll also make a homemade tomato sauce flavored with basil, olive oil and garlic. Combine the sauce with the gnocchi, add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and enjoy your feast.
