Homemade Pasta Making Class

Join us for a fun night of cooking alongside Chef Tom where you will learn the process and skills to make your very own fresh pasta. You will learn to make ravioli as well as spaghetti. As a group, you will prepare a 4-course dinner including a fresh salad, handmade butternut squash ravioli in a sage butter sauce, fresh pressed spaghetti carbonara, and a homemade tiramisu. While preparing dinner enjoy some wine or beer. You will leave at the end of the night with the knowledge and skills to create your own pasta dishes at home. Your ticket includes the class and dinner, cash bar of beer and wine available.
