Under the guidance of our experienced chef, you'll discover the secrets behind mixing, kneading, and shaping various pasta doughs. You'll master the techniques to create your own signature pasta dishes whether you're a pasta enthusiast or a beginner in the kitchen!**Please bring a container to bring home your homemade pasta, and your favorite sauce to enjoy the pasta with in class**
