Homemade Kimchi Making

Hi everyone!

This is a workshop for homemade kimchi making. The workshop will take place in a private kitchen in a small group of up to 3 people.

Healthy snacks and drinks are included. We will get to know each other and, while having fun, prepare kimchi together. This is knowledge and an investment in your health for life.

I’ll share my knowledge, tips, and personal secrets for making delicious and healthy homemade kimchi. Together, we will prepare kimchi from scratch, and you’ll take home:

• 1 liter of your own kimchi
• printed recipe so you can make it again at home.

Please bring your own glass jars - ideally one 1-liter jar or two 0.5-liter jars.
