After almost 5 years of providing food and clothing to the unhoused populations in various city parks, our charity (toronto-cares.ca), amongst other organizations are now being forced to complete extensive permits, that are expensive, and require a minimum of 8 weeks for approval, if they're approved at all. On World Fraternity Day, symbolizing peace, justice, & truth, we will rally in front of City Hall, in support of providing direct-aid to our homeless neighbors across the city, without requiring permits!
