9 PM Flip Arkulary

Prolific music machine Flip Arkulary makes lo-fi space odysseys, trip hoperas and mind-melding trance rock. A self-described “inner kinetic dadaist,” Arkulary arms himself with blinking costumes, wild dance moves and his band the Disciples of Judas. A sought after music producer and sound engineer, Arkulary once toured as a keyboardist with Iowa City-based Death Ships and later formed the band the Half Hearts in Minneapolis. He released three new albums on Bandcamp in 2023 and will perform his next release, Drugs in America, during Homegrown. The band includes Moriah Skye, Justin Korhonen, Nick Mrak, Leah Simmons, “Misisipi” Mike Wolf, Kyle Gondik-Anderson and Shön Phillip Troth.
10 PM Breanne Marie & The Front Porch Sinners

Great Lakes country act Breanne Marie & the Front Porch Sinners has a sound as deep and wide as the Emmylou Harris songbook, as rocky as a Tom Petty guitar solo, and as colorful as a tequila sunrise over Grand Marias. A splash of trumpet brings it all into harbor. Singer-songwriter and guitarist Breanne Marie Tepler is backed by Evan Tepler on guitar, Kailyn Pelerin on vocal and fiddle, Johnny “Blaze” Peterson on pedal steel, Matt Groom on drums and Tarek Makky on bass. Expect a guest appearance from Dicky Brooks on keys.

Sadkin is an alternative art/pop group fronted by producer and multi-instrumentalist Max Mileski. The music bridges the futurist leanings of 1980s synth pop gods with 2024 indie, do-it-yourself panache. On the heels of the self-recorded and self-produced sophomore album, Carrera, Sadkin is taking careful aim at new-romantic horizons far and wide. Mileski is joined by Anton Jimenez Kloeckl on synth, Chris LeBlanc on drums, Nicholas Hanson on guitar, and Alex Piazza on bass.
