As fall settles in & the weather gets colder its important to take time to settle down and settle in. Join Wendy & Perri for this 3 hour yoga & meditation workshop. We’ll lead you through different seasonal practices to help you come home to your body & your breath.
The workshop will consist of yoga, meditation, journaling & a light snack
