Every month on Thursday nights from 5:30pm-7:30pm, we hold a FREE Homebuyer Education class. Our Homebuyer Education Course will walk you through every step of the homebuying process and prepare you for buying a home. Register here: http://bit.ly/3wcb2YC
*The full course consists of 4 classes. You will receive a certificate of completion after completing all 4 classes. If you are unable to attend a certain class, that class can be made up by attending the same class in the following month. (We do recommend taking Week 2 before taking Week 3.)

July 18 - Week 2: Qualifying for a Mortgage
-Basics of managing your finances
-Understanding credit

July 25 - Week 3: Purchase through Closing
-Who does what in the homebuying process
-Offer through closing
August 1 - Week 4: Protecting your Investment
-Home maintenance
-Taxes and insurance
-Refinancing/Home Equity Lines of Credit
Whether you are ready to start the process, interested to know what it would take, or you think the idea of homeownership is impossible - whatever stage you are in, this class is for you! Homebuying can be a complicated process and there are many obstacles and hoops to jump through that can catch you off guard. We are here to help!
