About this Event

The laughs are coming to Auburn when Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at Pr*son City Brewery North Street Urban Farm on Thursday, Sept. 7. Paul Kozlowski is headlining and Cindy Arena, Gabby Garcia and host Mike Peters will be there, too.

Tickets are $10 and available online and at the door. Seating at the North Street Urban Farm location begins at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7. A full dinner menu is available.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.

Ryan Garcia is a Rochester-based comic who's performed all over the area in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and New York City. He won R.I.T.'s Funniest Comic in 2019, performed at sold-out Fringe Festival shows and was a semifinalist in Rochester's Funniest Person in 2019. Hot, humble, and good at writing his own bios, Garcia can be seen performing on shows all over the state, including Rochester's Comedy at the Carlson.

Rochester comedian Cindy Arena has only been at it a few years, but she's already made a name for herself as a fan-favorite. A regular at Comedy at the Carlson, Arena was named the Funniest Person in Rochester in 2018. A semifinalist in Buffalo's Funniest in 2019, Arena has opened for Dana Goldberg and Marcella Arguello and has become a regular around New York City.

Paul Kozlowski is one of the most unique voices on the local comedy scene. A Cortland native, Kozlowski came up through the Boston comedy scene and worked in New York City and Los Angeles, making appearances in the Shakes the Clown and Punchline movies and on television in "The Chris Rock Show," "Mr. Show with Bob and David" and "Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist," along with writing for "The Wayne Brady Show," "Johnny Bravo and "The Jon Stewart Show." He also produces the must-listen podcast, Look Who Showed Up. There's no telling what'll come out of Kozlowski's mouth. But you won't be able to look away.
