Homebrewed Comedy at Beer Tree Brew Co.

The laughs are coming to Beer Tree Brew Co. when Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at Port Crane on Wednesday, March 9. Paul Spratt is headlining the show, and he'll be there with Josh Wallenstein and host Mike Peters.

The show will start at 7 p.m. in the dining room. It's a completely free show, so tip the wait staff super well.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters.

Josh Wallenstein, a Binghamton native, has been performing stand-up comedy since 2018. While living in California, Josh performed at Levity Live, Ventura Harbor Comedy Club and Flappers Comedy Club. He’s also performed at the Broadway Comedy Club in New York City and the Cider Mill Stage in Endicott. Josh was active in the theatre department at Binghamton High School. He works as a teaching assistant at a local elementary school and is currently pursuing his teaching certification.

An up-and-coming comedian in New York City, Paul Spratt has worked in clubs in the tri-state area and scored well in comedy competitions and festivals. Before moving to New York, Spratt began honing his craft in Scranton, Pa. Spratt recorded his first full-length comedy album, “F**k Yeah! Paul’s Here,” in 2017. He’s been featured on Comcast and Sirius XM.
