Did you know that you can ferment wine in only a couple of weeks? A lot of people don't know that making your own wine is really easy and can be a fun hobby.

Usually wine is made from grapes, but wines are made all around the world out of all kinds of fruit. I always say you can make wine out of just about anything; all you need is water, sugar, and flavoring. But considering how many kinds of fresh fruit are available in Florida, fruit wine is an easy place to start. You might not make the best tasting wine at first, but with some practice and basic knowledge, you can perfect your wine. This class will take the mystery out of the process and give you the knowledge you need to make your own delicious wine at home.
