When: Saturday, 7/22/23 from 12:30pm-2pm
DETAILS: Learn the simple steps to making your own wine at home! Utilizing lecture and demonstrations, we will explain the various equipment and ingredients, fermentation procedure, hydrometer testing, importance & types of sanitizing and finish with bottling procedures. NOTE: Some classes may run a smidge shorter or longer, depending on how quickly each student body moves along. Students must be age 21 or older. Pre-registration is required.
