A gathering for women from the dance community: a safe space to move, breathe, share and simply be.
Dance brings us close. It's trust, touch and connection. But not every woman always feels safe in it, and many of us carry our experiences alone. This afternoon is a space to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and be with other women who understand.
What we'll do together 🌿
• Get to know each other
• Gentle warm-up and a dance journey through songs with different energy
• Breathing and stretching
• Tea, snacks and time to connect
• A sharing circle about dance, life and boundaries (sharing is always optional)
