The idea is to create a sanctuary of sound in the middle of the city where people can reset and rest deeply in the middle of the day.
It’s a place where we can connect in silence, where time and space might disappear. You will be gently notified when it’s time to come back. After the session, you are welcome to stay, share a drink, a bite, some words, and your experiences.
You are warmly welcomed as you are, and see the benefits for yourself.
The first 15 minutes of the session will be dedicated to a short introduction, gentle movement, and toning together to tune into your own body before lying down and deeply relaxing to the touch of sounds.
Research on sound and the brain is expanding. According to sound pioneer Alfred Tomatis, the skin, ear, and nervous system are interconnected. For him, sound is a nutrient for the nervous system. We can imagine how important a sound environment is for foetal and child development, as well as for the elderly and everyone in between, to cultivate creativity, self-confidence, well-being, health, and self-regulation. The benefits of achieving a meditative state through sound, listening, or humming are accessible to all. Sound medicine deserves to be mainstream.
