Pilipino Workers Center and Voyage Studios, in partnership with the Law Offices of Atty. C Joe Sayas, Jr. proudly present, "Home of the Brave" - a PWC documentary film. Join us for a special Film Screening and Fundraising Event at Harmony Gold Preview House in Hollywood! Get ready to be inspired by powerful stories and support a great cause.

Home of the Brave follows the lives of Amelia and Lord, two PWC worker leaders who have experienced wage theft, human trafficking, employer abuse, and exploitation. Through the support of the Pilipino Workers Center and a caring Pilipinx community, they stood up for their rights, sought justice for themselves, and fought for a better life for their families.

This year’s PWC fundraising event will be centered on the film premiere of Home of the Brave. All proceeds from this event will fuel PWC's advocacy programs and services such as Workplace Justice, Anti-Human Trafficking, Filipino Voter Empowerment, Affordable Housing, Immigration, and Legal Assistance, COVID-19 relief and resources, and more.
