This project delves into the emotional landscape of the Iranian diaspora, narrating the complex journeys of Iranians who have left their homeland—journeys rooted in the profound loss of hope as they strive to build new homes in unfamiliar places.

Taraneh's personal story lies at the heart of this project, offering an intimate perspective on this unique cycle of loss and renewal. "Home Is a River" invites audiences to engage with themes of displacement, identity, and the ongoing quest for belonging, encouraging deep introspection on these universal themes.
