After nearly two years of dreaming and planning, the ministry team at Cowan Heights United Church is excited to be launching a new worshipping community ‘Home Harbour’ in September 2025!
Home Harbour is a place for all who are searching for something more — a space to rest, to question, to connect, and to be deeply known. This new late-afternoon worshipping community will gather weekly on Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. and feature contemporary music, a spirit of unapologetic inclusivity, and a free shared community meal each week.
Whether you’ve never set foot in a church, are feeling spiritually adrift, are longing for authentic connection, or are simply looking for a faith community that’s real, affirming, and open-hearted, then know that you are welcome here.
We can’t wait to set the table, open the doors, and share this new worship experience with you all.
