Info: Hello and a very warm welcome! We’re delighted to introduce a brand new meet-up for 11 to 16, and we hope it will become a comforting space for them to connect,
At Authentic Lives, we’re a group of parents who home educate, and we are guided by a registered psychotherapist and a counsellor who specialises in supporting children. Together, we’ve created a space where kids can feel truly at ease.
Our intention is to offer a consistent and warm space where children can come together, get to know one another. They can drop in to enjoy a familiar faces. Sample itinerary
12:00 - Check in
12:30 - Activity 1
13:00 - Snack
13:30 - Reflection
14:00 - Activity 2
14:30 - Check out
15:00 - home time
There is strong emphasis on this being a relaxed ‘no-pressure’ environment and to that end we allow children to comfortably sit out of any or all activities.

Children under 12 will need to stay with their parents.
