We will be exploring the life of ponds. We will begin by looking at the pond as a habitat, and looking at the locations and differences between 2 different types of pond on site.

followed by, the different plant zones of a pond, which plants grow where, in & around a pond and why. alongside what the plants impact on the pond and wildlife are.

We would then look at wildlife in the pond, which would include pond dipping and insect id. We would then also move on to look at Frogs and Newts and their life cycles.

There will topic related games and craft activity as part of the session
