Faran Qureshi is a Licensed Realtor who covers all areas of Virginia, Maryland & Washington DC. He is also an active property investor and manages a multi-property portfolio of single family houses and apartments in several states. He previously worked with Wells Fargo as a Licensed Investment Advisor and Private Banker. During this time he worked various kinds of real estate financing transactions including residential mortgages, commercial real estate loans, home equity lines of credit etc. He is an Electrical Engineer by education and attended the National University of Singapore (NUS) one of the top universities in Asia on a full scholarship.

Christian Cope is a licensed mortgage loan officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage here in Richmond, Virginia. Christian's passion is for first time homebuyers and is a certified Virginia Housing partner. Prior to his career in mortgages, Christian was a Continuous Improvement Leader at a chemical company for seven years. He received his Bachelor's in Communications from Lunchburg College. Christian has a passion for helping others and teaching which is evident as he coaches high school basketball as well. His passion to educate is evident by how he teaches his clients about the home buying process and what all home ownership entails.
