Many down payment assistance programs require a certificate from a HUD approved housing counseling agency to receive down payment and closing cost assistance through Federal, State, County, and mortgagor grant servicers.

NWHP has re-launched the $2,000 down payment/closing costs grant. Funds are available, but limited!
