Home Brewing Class - Exotic Pour-Over Coffee [New Uptown Café]

Learn to brew excellent coffee at home at our new Uptown Café!

In this home brewing pour-over class you'll get the opportunity to brew Exotic level coffee with a demonstration and guided discussion by one of our Coffee Development Specialists. This class will feature two of our most recent Exotic Coffee releases: Jairo's Chiroso and Finca Hawaii Mokka.

Corvus' Exotic Series features unusually unique coffees, exotic varieties, and innovative processes which speak to where coffee is heading.

The class will cover key concepts, such as:

• Strength and extraction
• How different variables affect cup quality
• Controlling variables through a consistent recipe
• Essential brewing equipment
• Pour-over brewing techniques
• Evaluating cup attributes
• Adjusting recipes to your preferences

This class will focus on brewing with a Hario V60. All key concepts can easily be translated to many other brewers.
