The Owner-Builder course is designed as an introduction to the residential construction process as well as the process of becoming an owner-builder, your duties and responsibilities under the law, plus explores the pro’s and con’s of building your own home.Have your questions answered by our industry expert and find out exactly what is required to take on the Owner-Builder challenge.

- Part One: Introduction to being an Owner-Builder
- Part Two: Owner-Builder approval – application process
- Part Three: Owner-Builders and regulation and compliance
- Part Four: Project – planning and documentation
- Part Five: Building permits
- Part Six: Pre-construction
- Part Seven: Construction
- Expert advice, how to succeed, resources and where to get help and support

Saturdays (8.45am - 5pm)
